Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Not at this time, but free shipping is coming in the near future.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes. Local delivery is $10 and is available in the Belleville area only.
Orders placed during business hours are delivered within about an hour. Orders placed after hours are delivered first thing the next morning we’re open.
Do you ship to the US or outside Canada?
Our online store ships within Canada only. Shipping to the US has been unreliable because of customs, and many items, especially food and supplements, can’t get across the border.
If you’re in the US, reach out by chat, email or phone. For some items we can try a special order if we think it will make it through customs, but we can’t guarantee it.
How long does shipping take? Is express shipping available?
We ship with Purolator, Canada Post or UPS, depending on your order’s weight, size and destination.
- Within Ontario: usually 1–2 days
- Across Canada: usually 3–5 days
Express shipping is also available. The cost depends on the distance and the size and weight of your package(s).
How soon is my in-store pickup order ready?
About 1 hour after we receive it. Orders placed outside our business hours are ready the next business day at opening (around 9:00 am).
Can you ship frozen or raw food?
No. Frozen raw food needs special thermal packaging to stay frozen while it’s shipped, so we don’t ship it. It’s available in store.

Where are you? Is Belleville your only location?
Yes, we have one location: 95 College St W, Belleville, ON (look for the big purple building).
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, closed Sunday.
Are you open on holidays?
We’re closed on statutory holidays.
What’s the best way to reach you, and how fast do you reply?

Is there parking? Can I bring my pet into the store?
Yes, there’s parking, and pets are welcome in the store!
Ordering & products
What kind of food do you carry?
We’re known for holistic and natural dog and cat food, including raw, frozen raw, grain-free and whole-grain options.
Can your staff help me choose a food?
Absolutely. Our team can help you choose food for allergies, puppies, seniors and more, and samples are available.
Can you special-order a product you don’t carry?
Yes. Just ask in store or send us a message.
Do you price match?
Yes, as long as you show proof of the lower price.
Will a sold-out item come back? Can you let me know?
Yes, unless it’s been discontinued by the distributor or vendor. Ask us and we’ll let you know when it’s back in stock.
Do you offer bulk, wholesale or case discounts?
Not currently.
How does the Stinker Points rewards program work?
Sign up for a free customer membership on our website and you’ll get points just for joining.
- Online: points work automatically when you shop on our website.
- In store: let the cashier know you’re a member. They’ll find your account with your phone number or email so you can redeem points and earn points on your purchase.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, both online and in store.

How do I book a grooming appointment?
Call us at (613) 771-9479, email info@littlestinkers.ca, or message us on Facebook or the website chat. Online booking is coming soon.
How much does grooming cost?
Prices are starting estimates. The final price depends on your pet’s size, coat type and condition, and is confirmed at check-in.

Bath, blow dry, brush-out, haircut, nail trim, ear cleaning, sanitary trim, cologne and a bandana.

Cat grooming
- Cat grooming, $80: bath, blow dry, haircut, brush-out, nail trim and ear cleaning.
- Cat bath & brush, $50: bath, blow dry and brush-out.
Additional charges (may apply)
- Matted coat: dogs +$20 to $25, cats +$30
- Heavy shedding: +$18 to $20
- Long coat: +$10 to $15
- Extra large (over 90 lb): +$8 to $10
What’s included in a full groom, and how long does it take?
It depends on the breed, but a typical groom includes:
- Bath with specialty shampoo
- Brush-out / de-shedding
- Haircut (unless short-haired)
- Ear cleaning
- Nail trim
- Bandana and/or bow
- A light spritz of pet cologne
- Gland expression (by request only)
Most grooms take about 2 hours.
Do you groom cats?
Yes! Cat grooming is on Mondays only, with Tammy.
Are vaccinations required? Do you take anxious pets?
Vaccinations are recommended but not required. And yes, we welcome anxious pets.
Do you do walk-in nail trims?
Yes, no appointment needed. Walk-in nail trims are $10, Monday to Saturday, 4:30 – 5:00 pm.
Walk-in services (nail trims, nail Dremelling, anal gland expression and more) are also available any time before 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday, for an extra $10, because our groomers pause their booked appointments to help you. That makes a walk-in nail trim $20 outside the 4:30 – 5:00 window. Many customers prefer this to avoid waiting in line, or to keep an anxious dog or cat away from other pets during the busy 4:30 – 5:00 window.
Please note our groomers aren’t available after 5:00 pm.
What is your no-show / cancellation fee?
Missing a grooming appointment without notice may result in a $40 fee. Any notice avoids the fee, but we appreciate hearing from you before the day of your appointment so we can offer the spot to a client on our waiting list.
